\n\tEmergencies<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf you have an emergency repair request please call (619) 422-2200 and you will be contacted within an hour regardless of the time, or day.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf your emergency threatens life or property dial 911 immediately.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMaintenance Requests<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFor non-emergency maintenance requests, please use the button left to this text, or call our office during business hours and you will be contacted within 24 hours to address the issue and schedule a repair.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tProofs of occupancy and copy of lease documents<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tUse the "Quick Contact" button to the left of this text or call our office during business hours to obtain copy of documents, proofs of occupancy, payment ledgers, etc. Most requests are handled within a business day.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCopies of keys<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPlace a maintenance request to obtain copy of keys to your unit. Be advised that copy of keys will only be provided to the tenant of record. Please contact our office for details.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tRenewals<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMost renewal notices are sent by our office within 60 calendar days of the expiration of each lease agreement term. However, if you are unsure of your expiration date or your options for renewal, please feel free to contact our office during business hours or through the "Quick Contact" button to the left.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t30 day notices<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf your lease is going to expire soon, and you plan to leave the premises, please inform us of such fact in writing with at least 30 days advance notice.\n<\/p>\n
